Shuying Lin is an associate at YK Law LLP. She has gathered litigation experience as a legal extern at the U.S. Court of International Trade and as a legal intern at the New York State Attorney General’s Office. She also has exposure to transactional work, and has interned at a few law firms focusing on commercial transactions, securities laws and fund formation, as well as cross-border M&A. Prior to law school, she worked as a journalism intern at a few international media outlets including Thomson Reuters. She has also spent a year at a research institute at New York University School of Law, where she researched and analyzed legal developments in China. Shuying enjoys voice acting in her spare time.
