Qi Men practices in the areas of litigation, securities regulation, M&A, IPO and privatization, non-profit law, corporate law and intellectual property. She advises clients from fields of financing, investment, education, CBD, e-commerce and environmental protection industries.
Qi previously worked as Admission Officer for Brooklyn Law School for international students recruitment, and she assisted the law school in acquiring certification from China Department of Education and establishing cooperation with over one hundred Chinese law schools. She then worked as associate for White & Wolnerman PLLC, and led litigation, M&A and loaning transaction for Puxin Ltd.(NYSE:NEW) — one of China’s top three successful consolidators of the after-school education entities, and Uhomes. She also provided insightful advice to BZRTH– North America’s biggest E-commerce platform for gardening facilities concerning their financing and IPO needs. Prior to that, Qi was a highly-recognized teacher at Beijing New Oriental School and has educated tens of thousands Chinese students to study in the United States.
Qi graduated from J.D. program of Brooklyn Law School. She’s admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
