Qi Men practices in the areas of litigation, securities regulation, M&A, IPO and privatization, non-profit law, corporate law and intellectual property. She advises clients from fields of financing, investment, education, CBD, e-commerce and environmental protection industries.

Qi previously worked as Admission Officer for Brooklyn Law School for international students recruitment, and she assisted the law school in acquiring certification from China Department of Education and establishing cooperation with over one hundred Chinese law schools. She then worked as associate for White & Wolnerman PLLC, and led litigation, M&A and loaning transaction for Puxin Ltd.(NYSE:NEW) — one of China’s top three successful consolidators of the after-school education entities, and Uhomes. She also provided insightful advice to BZRTH– North America’s biggest E-commerce platform for gardening facilities concerning their financing and IPO needs. Prior to that, Qi was a highly-recognized teacher at Beijing New Oriental School and has educated tens of thousands Chinese students to study in the United States.

Qi graduated from J.D. program of Brooklyn Law School. She’s admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Represented Puxin Ltd (listed on NYSE as NEW) in its loan of 26 million to American Hebrew Academy, the only international Jewish college preparatory school located in North Carolina with a 100-acre campus. The leading Jewish school was ranked by Niche as #6 in boarding schools. The academy was nationally accredited in the United States by the SAIS, SACS, TABS and the only Jewish school awarded the Green Ribbon by the U.S. Department of Education;
Represented Uhouzz or Uhomes, a leading and trusted online rental platform serving student users in more than 900 cities worldwide and with users over 1 million, in it commercial litigation. With its headquarter in Tianjin, the company has offices worldwide in Beijing, Shanghai, Boston, New York, London, Seoul, Tokyo, Sidney and many more, and has attracted investment from New Oriental Group and several American venture capitals for over 100 million dollars;
Represented BZRTH, one of the biggest online and offline supplier of home gardening equipment in North America based in Los Angeles, in its acquisition of 10 million dollar loan from equity investors. Also helped the company to apply for China Section 301 Tariff Exemption in 2019.
