Biography
Marc practices principally in the areas of real estate finance, real estate leasing and real estate management and operations.
Marc has represented developers and other clients in a multitude of acquisitions and financings of commercial and residential real estate. He has represented lenders in commercial and residential loans. He has also prepared and filed offering plans and amendments for submission to the New York State Attorney General. Marc has drafted and negotiated office and retail leases for both landlords and tenants. He has also represented cooperatives and condominiums in connection with their corporate matters including those related to shareholders, unit owners, managing agents and contractors. He has presided over annual cooperative and condominium annual meetings.
