Biography

Iain Hill is a registered patent attorney with a background in biomedical engineering, biochemistry, and as an emergency medical technician. Mr. Hill's duties at YK law include all phases of patent and trademark litigation including motion practice, discovery, and pre-trial litigation in the Federal Courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Hill's duties also include all phases of patent prosecution in the United States and globally.

His outside interests include participation in Keep Tahoe Blue, an environmental conservation organization and the Medical Reserve Corps. He also enjoys cooking for and traveling with his family.
