Scott Kaliko is admitted to practice law in the United States Federal and State Courts of New York and New Jersey, He is also a Registered Patent Attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Scott has extensive knowledge of all facets of Intellectual Property and business law and is known for his creative and business friendly solutions to complex legal issues.

Scott has worked for more than 18 years as an attorney in a variety of corporate and intellectual property related roles, which includes Head of Intellectual Property Litigation, managing FINRA and SEC investigations for financial institutions, designing, reviewing, and implementing Anti-Money Laundering and OFAC compliance programs for banks, broker-dealers, and Investment Advisers.
